Ingredients
- 1/2 lemon with peel seeded, chopped
- 1 small finely chopped shallot
- 1 clove finely chopped garlic
- salt and pepper to taste
- 1 cup 4 Buona Vita Crushed Meyer Lemon Extra Virgin Olive Oil
- 3/4 cup finely chopped parsley
- 1/4 cup chopped fresh chives
- lemon juice (as desired)
Servings: 2 tablespoon serving size
Instructions
- Combine 1/2 lemon (with peel), seeded, chopped, 1 finely chopped small shallot, and 1 finely chopped garlic clove; season with salt and pepper.
- Let sit 5 minutes. Stir in the cup of 4 Buona Vita crushed Meyer lemon olive oil, 3/4 cup finely chopped fresh parsley, 1/2 cup finely chopped fresh cilantro, 1/4 cup chopped fresh chives. Season with salt, pepper, and lemon juice, if desired.
