Mix oil, herbs, salt & pepper together, rub onto top of fish filet, then top with lemon slices to cover herbs and fish filet, let sit covered in refrigerator for up to 2 hours
Heat oven to 375°F. Grease bottom of rectangular pan.
Place pieces skin sides down, in the pan, folding thin ends
under if necessary for even thickness.
Bake uncovered 15 to 20 minutes or until fish flakes easily with fork
